M2M – Made to Matter
M2M is a master-planned community that’s currently in the pre-construction development phase and is proposed by Aoyuan International for a large parcel of land located in Newtonbrook, North York ON. 5 towers will be situated on the land, featuring condominiums, townhomes and retail space.
The project’s municipal address is 5915 Yonge Street, North York ON, located in the southeast corner of Yonge Street and Cummer Avenue. M2M is to be constructed where the Newtonbrook Plaza currently sits.
Ranging between 29 and 43 storeys, 5 condominium towers will rise consisting of about 1660 suites in addition with a selection of townhomes. Although not disclosed by the developer, we anticipate the residential mix of the condominiums to consist of 1 Bed, 1 Bed + Den, 2 Bed, 2 Bed + Den and 3 Bed units. The first phase of M2M will see 32,061 sq.ft. of retail space on the ground floor and office spaces on storeys 3 to 7. The first phase will consist of two towers; 34-storey north tower and the 36-storey south tower.

A TTC bus route running on Yonge Street is just a few steps away from M2M. There is also a GO Station at Yonge and Bishop that is a 7-minute walk away.
